Amy Guzik. MD attended Albany Medical College before moving on to her residency in Adult Neurology at University of Virginia School of Medicine.  She completed her Vascular Neurology fellowship at University of California San Diego Medical Center.  Dr. Guzik is board certified in Neurology and Vascular Neurology.  She currently serves as the Director of Telestroke Program, the Director of the Comprehensive Stroke Center, and Associate Professor of Neurology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. 

Navdeep Sangha, MD is a vascular neurologist and clinical researcher at Kaiser Permanente's Los Angeles Medical Center.
