Caitlyn Boyd completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The University of Virginia’s College at Wise and furthered her education at the University of Phoenix, where she obtained both a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Health Administration. She is a certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and holds a Professional American Heart Association (CPAHA) certification in TeleStroke.

With extensive clinical experience in emergency and critical care, Caitlyn has cultivated a special passion for neurological surgery and trauma nursing. Her professional journey includes roles such as Trauma Process Improvement, Comprehensive Stroke Program Coordinator, and various positions in Quality Management.

Caitlyn joined TeleSpecialists in 2020, and currently serves as the Director of Medical Staff Division. In this capacity, she oversees the administrative functions of the division, practitioner orientation and training, performance management and compliance, and professional development, with a focus on education and research.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Caitlyn is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new places and cultures.
