Guideline Updates: The Extended Thrombolytic Window in Practice

The AHA has released new acute stroke guidelines with additional recommendations and studies supporting the treatment with thrombolytics in the extended window. Implementation of these new guidelines requires a detailed understanding of the studies and how to practically apply them.
