Bi-Annual Updates in Psychiatry Research
Rapid advances in psychiatric research continue to expand evidence-based treatment options for a variety of mental health disorders. However, the volume of emerging literature can make it challenging for clinicians to remain current and incorporate new findings into practice. This activity will review recent landmark studies and emerging evidence in psychopharmacology, interventional psychiatry, addiction medicine, and metabolic psychiatry. Participants will learn how to critically evaluate new research and apply evidence-based findings to clinical decision-making, treatment planning, and patient care.
