Caitlyn Boyd completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The University of Virginia’s College at Wise and went on to the University of Phoenix to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Health Administration. She holds certifications in Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Professional American Heart Association (CPAHA) - TeleStroke.

Caitlyn has extensive clinical experience in various settings, including emergency and critical care. She has a special passion for neurological surgery and trauma nursing.  She has worked as part of a Trauma Program Team, Comprehensive Stroke Program Coordinator, and various roles in Quality Management with a focus on physician performance and compliance.

Caitlyn joined TeleSpecialists in 2020 where she serves as the Director of Medical Staff Division.  In this role, she oversees physician orientation, performance evaluations, compliance, and physician professional development, with a special focus on education.

Caitlyn is an avid traveler and enjoys exploring new places and cultures. She is also a fitness enthusiast and likes to stay active and healthy.
