Dr. Elliot Dawson earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine. He completed his neurology residency at the Mayo Clinic, followed by a fellowship in cerebrovascular disease at the same institution. His clinical and research interests are centered on acute ischemic stroke, intracerebral hemorrhage, and novel therapies for stroke prevention and treatment, where he serves as a principal investigator on several clinical trials. He joined TeleSpecialists in June 2026.
