Kenneth Snyder, MD, PhD, MAS, FAANS, FCNS, FACS

Dr. Kenneth V. Snyder is a neurosurgeon and healthcare quality leader at Kaleida Health, where he serves as Chief Physician Quality Officer. He’s also an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at the University at Buffalo.
He holds an MD, a PhD in Physiology and Biophysics, and a Master’s in Patient Safety from Johns Hopkins. His training includes fellowships in endovascular neurosurgery and stroke imaging.
At Kaleida, Dr. Snyder has helped improve patient safety and quality systems, including achieving ISO certification and better performance on national benchmarks. He’s published over 100 articles and given more than 80 invited talks on stroke care, imaging, and healthcare innovation.
He’s also committed to teaching and mentoring, working with students, residents, and fellows, and has received several “Top Doctor” and humanitarian awards for his work.
