He serves as Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at the University at Buffalo and is the Chief Physician Quality Officer for Kaleida Health, where he leads system-wide initiatives in patient safety, clinical excellence, and quality improvement.
With a multidisciplinary academic background—including a PhD in Physiology and Biophysics, an MD, and a Master’s in Patient Safety and Healthcare Quality from Johns Hopkins Dr. Snyder brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and systems thinking to his roles.
