Dr. Lorianne Avino (Pereira) is a board-certified neurologist who completed her medical education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and her residency at Drexel University College of Medicine. She also completed a fellowship in neurocritical care and stroke.

In 2006, Dr. Avino returned to Buffalo, NY, where she spent 14 years treating various neurologic conditions and collaborating with the neurovascular team at Gates Vascular Institute.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with her family and three golden retrievers.

Dr. Avino joined TeleSpecialists in October 2020.
