Dr. Jiaying Zhang is a board-certified neurologist with a focus on vascular neurology and has extensive experience in both clinical practice and academic medicine. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Albany Medical School's and completed her residency in Neurology at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.  Dr. Zhang completed a Vascular Neurology Fellowship at UMass Chan Medical School and an additional Neurology-Hospitalist fellowship at New York Presbyterian - Columbia University Medical Center. 

She maintains certifications from the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in both General and Vascular Neurology.  Dr. Zhang is dedicated to delivering innovative telemedicine solutions for neurological emergencies and ongoing patient care.
