William Hills, M.D.
Dr. William Hills graduated from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in his hometown of Reno/Sparks, NV. He then pursued neurology residency at Oregon Health & Science University. Following his residency, he completed a fellowship in Neuro-ophthalmology at the University of Utah’s Moran Eye Center in Salt Lake City. He joined the faculty at OHSU’s Casey Eye Institute achieving Associate Professorship over his 12 years at the university, while teaching residents and medical students in his outpatient clinic. Yearning to return to inpatient medicine, he joined Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho, as a neuro-hospitalist, becoming the Neurology Department and Stroke Program Director. He served in this role for nearly 5 years before transitioning to Telespecialists, where he has greatly enjoyed combining his interests in inpatient medicine, acute neurologic and neuro-ophthalmic emergencies.
