Debra Orringer Chionis is a seasoned healthcare and wellness professional with over two decades of experience in clinical exercise physiology, medical fitness, and lifestyle coaching. She holds a Master of Science from the University of Florida and is board-certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied a wide range of dietary theories and behavioral health strategies.
Debra is a certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Medical Exercise Specialist, accredited by both the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise. Her career spans leadership roles in high-profile wellness programs, including managing employee health initiatives at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. She has also served as a subject matter expert for national fitness brands and contributed extensively to industry publications.
With a passion for integrative health, Debra brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and holistic care to support patient outcomes—making her a strong asset in the evolving field of telehealth. Outside of her professional work, she is a competitive swimmer with USA Swimming and enjoys aerial yoga as part of her personal wellness practice.
