Debra received her Master of Science from the University of Florida.  She continued her education with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she received board certification after studying a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching.  She is a certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Medical Exercise Specialist with over twenty years of experience and is accredited through the American Council on Exercise and the American College of Sports Medicine.  She has served as a manager of the wellness programs for NASA's Kennedy Space Center, has been consulted as a subject matter expert for a variety of fitness companies, and has published numerous articles in national trade magazines.  Debra is a competitive swimmer with USA swimming and in her spare time, enjoys aerial yoga.
