Chris Collins, MD, MSCS, CRND
Dr. Chris Collins, MD, MSCS, CRND received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Spanish from Mississippi College. He attended medical school at Ross University followed by completing his internship and residency in neurology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Collins completed fellowship training in Clinical Neurophysiology/Epilepsy at Vanderbilt University, Neuroimmunology/Multiple Sclerosis at Ochsner Health System, and Neuromuscular Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University. He also completed Advanced Headache Diagnosis and Management Program at Thomas Jefferson Universityversity in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Collins is a comprehensive neuroimmunologist who specializes in treating autoimmune disorders of both the central and peripheral nervous systems. His clinical interests are in treating disorders such as autoimmune encephalitis, multiple sclerosis, CNS vasculitis, NMO Spectrum Disorders, Guillain-Barre, CIDP, Myasthenia Gravis, and Stiff Persons Syndrome. He also specializes in headache disorders and epilepsy.
He joined TeleSpecialists in February of 2023 as a Neurohospitalist and EEG reader.
