Dr. Thomas Rayner received his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine.  His residency was completed at the University of Nevada in Reno.  He is board certified in Adult Psychiatry.  Dr. Rayner’s clinical interests include schizophrenia spectrum disorders with a special interest in first-episode psychosis.

He started with TeleSpecialists in August of 2022.
