Journal Club - Medical management and revascularization for asymptomatic carotid stenosis

We will be comparing what is best in the outcome of asymptomatic carotid stenosis in patients with intensive medical management and/or carotid stenting with intensive medical therapy vs. endarterectomy with intensive medical management.
