2024 - 2025 Epilepsy: Classification, Diagnosis and Management

This lecture discusses definitions and classifications, diagnosing, monitoring, and treatment of seizures.  The presentation will review motor and nonmotor generalized onset, as well as introduce West Syndrome. The presenter will discuss methods to diagnose, clinical presentation of, use of long-term electroencephalographic monitoring (LTM), and treatment options to control seizures, including medication options.
